A continuous effort for training and further education is an important element to E3I. Physicians, surgeons, nurses, administrators and Allied Health Workers participate in educational courses concerning their trade to advance knowledge and capabilities.
The purpose is to offer learning objectives that aid in accreditation from associations, universities and medical schools to create a greater educational experience for the student.
