Esphera3 International utilizes a unique 3 step project approach encompassing a First Step Analysis (FSA), a Vision Phase, and finally the Execution Phase. Each of these phases draws on the experience of our channel and core partners in three areas: Operations Optimization, Infrastructure and Development, and Education and Simulation.
During the FSA, the core E3i team gains an understanding of the project needs and identifies the appropriate channel partners who will comprise your project team. We understand that “no standard solution fits every client’s requirement.”
Some key FSA deliverables are Feasibility Studies to determine project viability and goals. Additional Strategic Models are developed as they relate to the defined project outcomes. The FSA provides a clear roadmap to the subsequent Vision and Execution Phases.
The Vision Phase is where the project defined in the FSA really begins to take shape. Channel and Core Partners are aligned to develop key designs and work systems that will be implemented in the Execution Phase.
The Execution Phase implements the solution(s) identified at the conclusion of the Vision Phase.
